Long enough, then. Harper laughed against Krennic's neck and then removed his hand completely, resting it against Krennic's hip. "Ah. But that would be easy, wouldn't it?"
He had to stifle a whimper as Harper removed his hand. He had been so close only to be denied at the last moment. He shuddered, bowing his head. But he wasn't in the position to make demands, at Harper's mercy.
But he had his pride, it was a difficult position to be in. "You'll have to do better than that to get me to beg."
Krennic knew Harper would be more than willing to follow through with that, leaving him aching. He didn't give in right away, his breath catching when Harper bit him again. There were going to be bruises on his shoulder and neck later to show off.
"Fine. Please....fuck me." He knew what he wanted, his voice was strained but he knew he couldn't hold on that long.
Harper laughed gently, squeezing Krennic's hip. No doubt that stubbornness had served Krennic well in the Empire. Just as Krennic's enemies no doubt wanted to beat it out of him, Krennic himself could defy them at every turn and laugh with his victory. And this part?
This was hardly a loss, even if one of them had ended up in binders.
"Better," Harper murmured. He ran his hands up and down Krennic's chest, pinching, then stepped back. Took a moment to admire the view. Bruises were already rising. "So you can ask nicely."
And that deserved a reward, didn't it?
It wasn't far to go. Harper returned and pressed himself flush against Krennic's back and began pressing his hands in tight. Applying pressure. "I nearly forgot. You were telling me about the Jedi, weren't you?"
Harper pressed his smile against Krennic's shoulder.
"When it suits me." He had other ways of asking nicely, depending on the situation. Just sometimes it involved asking with a blaster. He always prided himself on being efficient, after all.
He groaned as he felt Harper flushed against his back, he could feel each bruise and mark which only made him ache more.
"There are two of them. A master and a padawan." HIs voice was strained, his breath coming in gasps as he shifted back against Harper. "From what I know, both are skilled fighters."
"A Jedi you've allowed to escape your troops," Harper murmured, digging his teeth into Krennic's back. Almost enough to draw blood. He slid his hands down lower and then let them rest on Krennic's hips, rubbing small circles. Close to what Krennic clearly wanted, but still not enough. "The master survived the cull. How?"
"A Jedi Tarkin allowed to escape. I am fixing what his mistake," he groaned when Harper's hands rubbed his hips, he was aching but it wasn't enough, he knew he was practically shuddering but he couldn't help it. "Not sure. Most likely hid during the purge."
"He would have been young," Harper continued, digging his nails in. "An apprentice. And now a master with his own padawan following behind. It's almost--poetic, don't you think?"
He smiled. Pressed his teeth against Krennic's back.
"You know you're going to beg. Might as well start, engineer."
"Fighting to stay alive, restore the Jedi Order with a new padawan. Very poetic," Krennic agreed with a breathless laugh. He looked back at Harper, all thoughts of the Jedi gone from his mind now.
"You're going to have to do more than that to make me beg," he groaned but he had no doubt that Harper would take that as a challenge.
Harper laughed softly, trailing his fingers up Krennic's spine. He did like Krennic. Hating the man would be simple, far too easy. This was more interesting. And enjoyable, for both of them. So this time, the Imperial scum - worse than droids, with no honor to speak of - would live. Would indeed enjoy his time among more civilized folk. "A challenge. I like those."
They made life worth living. Without them, Harper feared he would be very bored indeed.
"And I like you here. Being patient." Harper looped his arm around Krennic's waist, pressing their bodies flush together, and that was very nice indeed. "Not a strong suit of yours, I think. Do you want me to fuck you now, engineer?"
"I thought you might. I know the both of us wouldn't be interested otherwise." Krennic liked a challenge in return, it would be boring if things were too easy. He liked his lovers interesting and unique, he knew Harper was the same.
He groaned as he felt Harper pressed against him, shifting against him to tease him as much as he could. "Yes, I want you to fuck me right now, like this."
Harper laughed softly, pressing a kiss to the back of Krennic's neck. He slid his free hand lower, searching. "Are you ready for that, engineer? Maybe I should prepare you first. Or maybe you want a little pain."
"I can handle plain, as I'm sure you're aware," Krennic said with a defiant lift of his chin. He arched, groaning as Harper's hand ventured closer to where he wanted it.
Krennic groaned with relief when Harper finally stroked him. He shifted back, already he wanted more. "Much obliged-" he said, completely hard by that point but Harper stroking him helped relieve some of the tension but just not enough.
So polite when he wanted something. Harper nearly laughed. An obvious ploy, really. But he could hardly blame the man for being honest. That wouldn't be fair at all. Not when Krennic had come waltzing into his camp, proud as you please and bringing such a fine gift with him.
A Jedi. A worthy opponent.
Harper spat in his free hand and brought it low, applying pressure before working finger inside him. Krennic didn't seem to mind it rough. No doubt it would ache in the morning.
"I like you, Imperial," Harper murmured, dragging his teeth up Krennic's back. "I'll kill you last."
He shuddered as he felt Harper's teeth up his back, groaning as he felt the finger inside of him. It would ache, perhaps for a day or two, but he welcomed it.
"That is high praise indeed," he laughed breathlessly. He may not have had the same military training as other military officers but he had his own way to survive. He had survived the Clone Wars, he has survived Tarkin, he was sure Harper would pose a challenge like the Grand Moff did but he wouldn't back down.
"I don't lie," Harper informed him, curling his finger. At the same time he moved his other hand roughly, keeping up a hard pace. "There's no point in that. Do speak up, Imperial. My hearing has suffered over the years."
"You'll have to give me incentive," he challenged with a grin. But he didn't hold back his pleasure at Harper being rough, he wanted to encourage him to keep going. He jerked as the man curled his finger, shifting back against him. "That certainly helps..."
It was fascinating how you could watch the muscles in the back twitch and jump with the slightest change during sex. Harper rather liked that. Seeing what reactions he might pull from someone. Like sparring against an unknown foe. Generally the sex was more fun, though.
Like now.
Harper hooked his chin over Krennic's shoulder, laughing just a little. He curled his hands in time, slowing down. Making it last. "Incentive. I'm sure it would."
Or he could just stop his hands entirely. Hold them there a while.
