Maketh closes her eyes briefly, bumping her nose against Rey's. This close, their skin is so warm. She reaches up to trace the line of a scar on Rey's cheek. Wondering at the texture. Maketh's own scars are faded and pale. Small in comparison. She had most of them surgically removed. The only ones left are the ones that Hadriel left her. The mark on her shoulder.
